By placing an order with Vibes and Vitolas LLC ("we", "us", "our"), you ("Customer") agree to these Terms of Service (“ToS”). If you do not agree, you may not use our services.
2. Age Verification
You affirm that you are at least 21 years old (or the legal age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher). We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if we are unable to verify your age. Similar to many cigar retailers, we may use age verification tools or request identification for manual confirmation.
3. Product Availability & Order Acceptance
All orders constitute an offer to purchase, which we may accept at our discretion. We may cancel or limit orders based on stock availability or other criteria. Orders are binding only once confirmed
4. Pricing & Payment
Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment must be in full at the time of purchase. You agree that the billing details you provide are accurate and that charges will be honored.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Deliveries are made as specified at checkout. Risk transfers to you once items are handed to the carrier
6. Taxes, Duties & Customs
You are responsible for all applicable duties, taxes, or import fees assessed by your country’s customs. We comply with international laws and cannot assume these charges.
7. Cancellations & Returns
Cancellations: Allowed within 24 hours of placing the order. After this window, cancellation requests may be declined or subject to a restocking fee.
Returns: Unless authorized by us, returns are not accepted due to health and safety regulations concerning tobacco products.
8. Health Warning & Liability Disclaimers
Cigar smoking poses serious health risks, including cancer and heart disease. We make no warranties
9. Intellectual Property
All content on our site—images, design, trademarks—are owned by us or our licensors. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any content without our explicit permission.
10. Changes to ToS
We may update these terms at any time, with changes effective upon posting. Continued use of our site after updates constitutes your acceptance.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These ToS are governed by the laws of Florida, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.
